parties stop when?

When do parties stop? Specifically asking about deke, pike, sigma chi.
Are they open for all (e.g. Freshmen)

parties are pretty much only open before rush because houses want freshmen to come to their parties. Pretty much after rush ends, parties are invite or bid only.
