sigma nu, tke, phi tau, pi kapp

These are four solid frats. Generally under the unaffiliated houses but better than many others. How would you rank them?
I think traditionally it goes Snu, Phi Tau, Pi Kapp, Teke. I think the main difference between Snu and Phi Tau is that Snu is on the rise and Phi tau is staying out. Teke is pretty weird and I don't know too much about Pi Kapp.

Snu, Phi Tau, & Pi kapp in that order. TKE doesn't belong in this group. Snu has the biggest house here by far & no they aren't weird. Someone above me is correct they had a whole class they dropped. Snu also exchanges with top sororities I don't think Pi Kapp or Phi Tau does.

I don't think many houses are too well known outside of of the unaffiliated houses and maybe big ones like ph psi or ato

I agree TKE isn't really close. I've met some weird people at Sig Nu as well. Phi Tau and Pikapp I would put at the same level. Phi Tau is on the row but has a small house. Pikapp has a large house but it's a block or two off from the circle. Phi Tau/Pikapp > Sig Nu > TKE

I agree with snu & phi tau being better than pi kapp & TKE. But also I feel like snu & phi tau both aren't as well known as tke & pi kapp even though they are better houses. Why ??
