which houses are on the rise?

Zeta rising/ Aphi rising / Kappa dropping/ Chi O dropping / DG dropping

I could see ADPi moving up even tho people on this site hate them

Theta/DDD rising. Good results last year in fall recruitment. Good sisterhoods and solid houses. Hope they both knock it out of the park this fall as we all need them to do well.
DG dropping - rush will be critical to where they stack up - sisterhood issues are real so we shall see what PNMs think this year. Solid house with great history at Cal. Hope they can get it together.
XO questionable but probably dropping over next year or so until they rebuild the house - will depend on how recruitment goes for them - great house over many years at Cal but they are in rebuilding mode so we will have to see how things go. Great girls left in house but uncertain future with national. Probation status is unknown so think it needs to be publicly discussed with PNMs or the house will be shunned due to high uncertainty.
SK - rising a bit and also benefitting from XO situation
ADPi - benefiting from dropping DG but they aren't generally well liked in the community but are a solid house with good academic stats.
KKG - weak recruitment last fall and hush hush COB during the year. Sisterhood issue continue to plague the house. Like DG, I hope they can get it together. They were down voted by most PNMs last year in favor of PiPhi..
APhi - same as last year but rising a bit to stand over DG due to persistent DG issues. Need to knock it out of park this fall to displace KKG. Not sure this is possible but these gals are nothing if not determined.
