Inaccurate once again. A few seniors dropped due to going abroad and financial reasons. They are absolutely not struggling during pre Recruitment and have the same number of members than every other house. Stop trying to stir the pot and get your facts straight! Nobody likes a hater Xoxo gg

A 'ton' is this case means precisely 3/three/tres/drei/trois/tre (not sure which language you speak so I wanted to be totally clear). These are study abroad and financially related situations and as clearly explained elsewhere on here happen in most houses. The issues had zero (would do that in other languages for you too but its universal) to do with piphi or its sisterhood which is lock tight strong. Throwing shade with gossip and incorrect information not presented in context is about as low as it gets and to do it amidst recruitment is not panhellenic at all. PS. The house is totally filled as PNMs will see when they come visit.

Yes and I heard that our entire system is going to be shut down by the University tomorrow! Get real. Stop the mud slinging and gossip during recruitment. PiPhi retention is solid, can you say the same of your house? Mmmmmmmm. Maybe not.

LOL nobody in Fiji cares just like nobody in any of the top houses care about these rankings because they are well established enough and don't need to rely on this site for rush. It's all these mid/low tier houses bickering over specific ranking even though they're pretty much irrelevant.

Basically this. they dont really compete much during recruitment because they while they attract the same type of girl from a looks perspective, the personalities of the houses are VERY different. They do a lot of social events together, as well as things like ritual (Dont they have the same founder's day?) If you went to their Philo events, Pi Phi's is usually like a party with costumes and stuff like Kappa's is much more serious. That's okay: they want different girls.

The lost 1/2 the house roughly. So my guess is around 40 people left. I keep thinking about this situation from a PNM perspective. If you can get beyond the probation issue then XO could be an amazing opportunity to make a house your own as the house today is small and will have to be grown and refilled. With this process of growing and refilling its possible (in theory at least) to mold the house to what the new and presumably larger class wants the house to be in the future. In effect the house is not the exact same as it was as 1/2 the people left and it will be driven into the future by the new members. As a PNM the situation is whether you will click with the remaining people in the house and are they people you can work with to grow the house in a possibly different direction over time. My understanding is that the house is under national supervision (this could be challenging situation) but my guess is that they want the house to survive and thrive as its one of the oldest chapters in the country and has been an integral part of the greek system at Cal forever. I hope some PNMs choose to support XO by joining and making a commitment to making sure we don't lose XO at Cal. I am not in the house but I have to say that its been disappointing from an outsiders perspective to watch what the national did to the house and how little honest dialog has happened with PNMs on the issue. There is a huge PR role here to be played and I'm not sure its happened effectively.

They had almost 70 going into rush, got 55 in their new pledge class so around 125 now

DG has an incredible pledge class and def bumped a phi. Now goes kappa, pi phi, dg, a phi based on this new pledge class.
