spring rush for fraternities

Is there any difference for fraternity spring rush? Is it easier/harder to get a bid?

Harder for the top 3, I heard they all had big, solid pledge classes. They probably won't bid as many kids during Spring

Lower houses like KA, ATO, Sigma Chi, etc are going to be easier to get a bid at. I'm a junior now but when I rushed, those houses gave kids bids after 2 days
