Aphi has about 4 "gorgeous" girls. Extremely mixed bag and most of them aren't pretty. More common in pi Phi and kappa

What about weight? I know a lot of girls who are pretty but aren't over weight but also aren't a size 0 and I'm curious (as I'm in the same boat) so I am nervous about rush because I do want to be in a good and social house but I'm afraid that my weight (I'm not overweight at all just self conscious) will affect my options. My arms are a bit flabby and I don't have a thigh gap. Are all the girls in the top good houses super skinny? I know this sounds stupid to think about but it's one of those things that makes me nervous about rush

Ok thanks for the advice/help!! I've been stressing because I'm about a size 5/6 and stressing and being hard on myself because I'm not a stick but with the right clothes I still look thin. I fit into size small stuff but I don't wear tight clothing and I'm still super self conscious. I've heard stories about how any of the top houses don't have any girls over 115 pounds and that's stressing me out and I don't want to be traumatized by rush. I'm around 130 and on a good day I look thin but idk I'm stressing probably for nothing. Any advice just to help keep me sane during rush because I'm sure I'm going to have a difficult time if I get dropped by a lot of houses (ruin any self confidence I still have) and just anything to keep my hopes/spirits up thank you!! :)))

Recruitment is hard and you should prepare yourself that you will probably be dropped by several houses. Very few, if any, girls, are not dropped by someone. Please don't let your self-esteem be ruined by people you really don't know and a mostly arbitrary process. Decisions are made by a few minutes of forced conversation and likely won't have anything to do with you personally. I know that sounds weird, but it's true. Somewhere on here is a post about why women get dropped -- it's from last year -- you should try to find it and read it. Keep an open mind and hang in there! All the houses are good!
