differences between the top 5

PI PHI: Super cool girls. A lot of athletes and they're all social, party, and hang out with the top frats. A lot of them are blonde and they've risen over Kappa since many like them better. They have a good rep and are known for being more bro-y.
KAPPA: Haven't been having as good of rushes as they have in the past when they were indisputably #1. They aren't known for being the nicest, they're standoffish and clique-y. They stick to their look of keeping their house full of skinny blonde rich girls from SoCal.
A PHI: They've risen, but a lot of people don't like them for how much they care about their rep. This house recruits a lot based off of looks so a lot of them are pretty-- it's kind of the only thing going for them. A lot of them hate each other and they're mostly just known for their partying.
DG: They haven't been doing well and have fallen a lot (from equals w Pi Phi to equals w Chi O). Don't have the best reputation for being the nicest. They're as standoffish as Kappa without the looks or reputability to back it up. They also have terrible retention rate and there isn't sisterhood.
CHI O: It's been shaky with everything going on w their nationals, but they're still a good house. All the girls are pretty chill and a good time to be around. This rush will probably be important to see if they'll stay in the top couple of houses.
