sorority rush outfits

I'm really nervous about rush and I'm looking forward to a fun and amazing sisterhood but I wanted advice on the outfits. If I wore a backless outfit like a backless romper would it be considered inappropriate? (I look good in it but I'm not sure if that's nice enough) I could always cover it up with a blazer or jean jacket (are those ok for rush??) but also how often do I need to wear heels vs just cute flats/sandals? The outfit guide is kinda confusing the calphc website. Are rompers ok or too informal? Does the pref outfit have to be nice af or just classy (I found a dress that is plain but really pretty that I can dress up). I am sorry about all of these silly questions but I've been stressing and nerve wracked like crazy!! I've seen on here some others are as nervous as me haha any advice is super helpful thank you!!
