I'm gonna preference this by saying most houses are pretty similar. There will be cool dues and nerdy ones at anywhere you go. These are the three general categories based on number of parties, sororities exchanged with, and chillness of dudes. For all you PNM's, go where you feel the most comfortable

Top: DKE, KA, Zete, SAE, Fiji
Mid: ATO, Phi Psi, Sig Chi, AEPi, DU, Phi Tau, Chi Phi, DChi
Bottom: PiKap, SNu, TKE, Theta Chi
Try not to go here: SigEp, Acacia, Sammy's, PhiDelt, AquaDelt, TDX

The rest seem pretty lame.
