general frat rankings

I'm a rising senior girl in a sorority. Here are my personal opinions on each frat based on attractiveness and how fun their parties are. Basically no difference in each tier

Top: KA, DKE, SAE, Zete
Upper: Fiji, ATO, Sig Chi, Phi Psi
Middle: Pike, Chi Phi, AEPi, DU, Phi Tau, DChi
Lower: PiKap, TKE, Theta Chi, SNu, Chi Psi
Bottom: TDX, SigEp, Sig Pi

I wouldn't put Theta Chi, DU, or Phi Tau ahead of Sigma Nu. And I wouldn't put SAE in the top because their parties are usually not that great. They are open to the public though but they arent that lit.

This is the most accurate so far hahaha rushees look at this this. Also most houses in the same tier are essentially the same vibe and hang w same girls.
