After three years of being at Cal, I thought i'd provide my opinion on rankings (no difference within each tier):

KA, DKE, Zete, SAE are top.
ATO, Sigma Chi, Pike, Fiji are upper middle.
AEPi, DU, Chi Phi, Phi Tau, Phi Psi are middle.
PiKap, TKE, Delta Chi, Sig Nu are lower middle.
Sigep, Chi Psi, TDX, Alpha Delt, Theta Chi are lower.

Everyone else is pretty irrelevant.

I'd say TKE and SIG NU and PHI TAU also belongs at bottom

Phi Tau just keep making new posts plugging themselves lower and lower til people don't notice

Sae and Zete aren't even legitimate fraternities. Don't even have national recognition or Greek letters. In other words, they're just some guys who live together

Lower DKE, Raise FIJI to top, Raise Phi Psi to the last of upper mid, Pike down to first of middle, Delta Chi up to middle, Theta Chi to lower middle. Phew that was tiring but this is more accurate for Fall 2017.
