transgender update

Finally a publication (Cosmo of all places!) has done an article on the transgender issue amongst the 26 NPC organizations. Looks like a number of NPCs are still trying to hide under their desks to dodge this issue as they chose to not respond to the writer's request for information. There are a few bright lights in the otherwise dim group of NPCs so all the news isn't bad! Just remove spaces in the address.
