minority rushing

I am an incoming freshman considering rushing, but I wanted to know if it was harder to rush and get into a sorority if you are black or hispanic? I know that this sounds crazy, but it is something I am genuinely concerned about and Greek Life appeals to me, but I am scared of exclusivity, From what I have heard on visit Cal's Greek Scene is pretty inclusive, but to what extent?
