This ranking is so fundamentally off that it has to have been written by a DG...or maybe an APhi...nope I go with DG. Stupid stupid stupid...what is even more stupid is that they don't know how stupid and disliked they really are!

Sacramento must have 'lost' his resignation letter! Honestly though who would want the job of being 'in charge' of this place? Its well known that the in the case of CAL that the inmates run the asylum!
