best fraternity to rush?

overall best fraternity to rush? not that being a top house or best looking doesn't matter, i want opinions based on other stuff too, like leadership on campus, friendliest, into philanthropy, and most welcoming to guys from different backgrounds

Phi Kappa Psi is a solid house. They have a video on YouTube by college weekly too
