I believe it's because they're still having issues with their international and housing situation (their internationals want to take over their house, Cal AOII doesn't want that). They didn't do anything wrong and kudos to them for sticking to their guns. If you have a friend in AOII give them a hug, probably been hard to have to sit out recruitment. Hopefully they'll do COB and be back in the spring. :)

Yeah, it's pretty much related to their current situation with their nationals. They will be doing informal recruitment starting very shortly (idk when exactly), and I'm sure they'll talk about it more to the women at their recruitment events. But they're still a wonderful chapter and in good standing with Cal PHC.
