Don't think it's even based on what frat guys want cause they like friendly, chill, attractive girls and those girls are across different houses. It's just that "upper houses" socialize more with them and I think it's time to shake that up a little!

Honestly this is more accurate. DG and APHI are definitely not second tier. DG has retention problems, lot if people had terrible experiences with them during rush. Their minority sister has complained of feeling isolated and even a frat guy who saw all the sorrorities run ranked all girls based on " hotness" ( which is objectification if women but since these rankers all seem to be based on looks might as well even challenge the ranking on those grounds!) they were ranked lower the chi o and adpi! So, nahah they are not second tier.
APhi has some really mean girls who have been known to do some real sketch stuff. Someone who pledged with them also commented that " some of the girls are mean". Now every house has a few hotties. APhi girls have one thing in common..... Great editing skills with photos and social media management. That does not make a top house. So yes, this is the more accurate ranking if you insist on it! IF you're generous!
