Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.0 I had never heard anything good about theta ever. Emibhad kny heard bad things about theta. Then I saw a big group of them, and I was stunned. Maybe I'm just tripping, but I thought the girls here were hotter than the girls at most sororities. They looked like a solid house in the looks department.

I had never heard anything good about theta ever. Emibhad kny heard bad things about theta. Then I saw a big group of them, and I was stunned. Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 2.4 Idk if the girls keep self rating or what but they definitely are not mid house. Probably third to last above Gphi and Delta Sig. But come on. They have some cool girls for sure, but during recruitment I could not for my life hold a conversation with them it was painful. One girl talked about french fries for 45 minutes I was pulling my hair out. They have a long way to go. I just hate seeing people rate them so high, let them have their humble beginning stop making them feel like they are in a position they are not and have not earned yet

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.0 Don’t really have a negative reputation but definitely a house that flies under the rader at times. They have a good group of girls that do like to party and have little issue getting into top frats. Some girls do not really engage with the system. The “low tier” rep is a factor but a lot of girls are still very social and get along well with top strats and frats. Last pledge class had more hot girls than they usually get, however if you care too much about elitism then might not be the house for you

Don’t really have a negative reputation but definitely a house that flies under the rader at times. They have a good group of girls that do like to party and have little issue getting into top frats. NEW ON GREEKRANK

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 2.5 I want to be honest as someone who was a member in this house but ended up dropping. Sure Theta has an image of nice girls and not as much cattiness, but it doesn't mean that it is easy to get to know girls in this house or that there isn't drama. Girls are a lot more introverted in this house and stick to themselves and it can be hard to integrate yourself into existing cliques. Girls won't badmouth each other to outsiders but they will gossip about each other within the house and there is a lack of cohesion with girls who are way too different from each other. A lot of girls in this house got rejected from another house they wanted more, frequently ZTA and there are some sneaky social climbers in Theta. The reason I dropped is that I went through a hard personal time and nobody really reached out to me at all or supported me the way I was expecting. I tried to get to know people and make friends in the house but ended up feeling lonely more than anything because my efforts weren't returned. Don't just choose a house because the girls appear to be "nice" because it seems that even the nice houses in the greek system can't get away from cliques and drama that I thought I left behind in high school.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.7 This is probably one of the strongest sisterhoods at Cal and filled with the most genuine and hardworking girls in Greek life. Aside from that, the alumni network is STRONG. In all honesty, I wish I would have chosen Theta. I had them on pref night but chose another house that was higher ranked because I was dumb and let rankings and outside opinions get the best of me. Looking back it was clear that Theta had the stronger sisterhood thru the experiences they shared on pref night. I hardly ever regret a decision but this I do. I’m sure theta isn’t perfect and maybe this is me from an outside perspective, but please screw the tier system.

In all honesty, I wish I would have chosen Theta. I had them on pref night but chose another house that was higher ranked because I was dumb and let rankings and outside opinions get the best of me.
