They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) Surprised to see them this low at Berkeley.

Their juniors, sophomores, and most importantly freshmen are great guys to hang out and party with. They seem to always go above and beyond. And they also had the biggest party of the entire semester for halloween! Def need a better ranking

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.8 This house is definitely on the rise. They have had some great pledge classes recently and the brotherhood is very strong. Most guys I have talked to are chill and they throw some ragers. If you havent been yet, make sure to hit up Theta Chi.
