Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.4 Gets a lot of hate for Finn but honestly that was in the past and phi psi has the NICEST guys I've ever met at Berkeley. There are lots of really cute guys, come here if you like surfers. 10/10 always really welcoming, easy to talk with, and laid back.
