Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 3.9 They come off as unfriendly towards guys at times because they dont kiss ass and respect in this house is earned. There will always be hundreds of people at their parties with hundreds trying to get in.... and wont get in because they will kick your ass. Anyways throw bangers and the hottest girls at cal are at all their parties.
