Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.0 I've been around this house for the past 3 years and their parties are a mix of average drinking game exchanges with the occasional banger (Wonka is awesome!). Heard they have an awesome new pledge class so hopefully they'll keep moving up. Sometimes can get really drunk and just hang out with eachother, but overall good house I like going here. Not top tier, but upper middle and on the rise
