They seem somewhat involved on campus, but their parties should be more open! Past few pledge classes have all been pretty cute though. Top tier potential is so clear, just need to grow

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 3.6 Lots of people say it's on the rise and I agree. There's lots of games and decent amount of drinks. I recall it being difficult and taking too much time to get more beer for the games. The dance floor and atmosphere would be nicer with more people. The key is making bigger events with more people and probably making better access to the drinks (or the amount).

Pretty selective on their bids and has the potential to be top tier in a couple years. Old members are not so great looking, probably because they had to fill up the numbers of the house, but the new members and the new pledge classes are looking fine
