Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.0 I would say they're currently a solid middle tier house. Maybe upper middle tier? Only problem is their sucky neighbor which has slowed their momentum. Their brotherhood is great but that kind of makes them in love with themselves and come off as exclusive and douchey towards other houses. Also I've heard that they think they're "too good" for certain sororities and don't put any effort into exchanges with those sororities

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.6 They had an awesome halloween party. It was ridiculously packed. Only weird thing was the dude in a whale costume yelling "I need whip-its!" at people in a New Jersey accent.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.4 Not one of the MOST popular houses on campus but from what I understand they're relatively new so they haven't had as much time to grow in popularity yet. They seem like really classy guys though and their pledges this semester are so precious!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 3.6 Mix of weird and cool guys... their events can get fun though. House is nice, all in all a pretty average house.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.2 I met their Philo chair last year at rent-a-gent and he was really cute and classy. I've been coming to their parties to try to get to know him. Love this house and the other brothers as well.
