Lots of wealthy out of staters, who think they are better than everyone. There peak was back in 2015 - 2017, Sopro almost killed them but looks like they might recover

Alpha Tau Omega - ΑΤΩ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 2.9 This house used to be one of the better houses at Berkeley but their recent social probation and several members dropping out have caused them to be virtually dead. Hopefully the house can rebound and throw a lot more parties, but right now they’re just irrelevant. They’re still a upper mid house, but they might descend to mid if they keep this up for another year or two.
