They are definitely a top tier house. I would say the top houses are KA, Zete and SAE. KA definitely has a better reputation with girls and always seems to get a good PC. From what I’ve seen they have the most lacrosse kids, and also have some other athletes. They seem to hang out with the same sororities as zete, SAE, phi psi, and Fiji, and also with the guys in those houses.

Pike is the worst frat that i know on campus. poor brotherhood, small ass house that can only throw ass parties, terrible svsh cases. not like other pike chapters

Honestly, they are a lot better than they were last year. Younger guys will be their core next year. Most of their seniors are inactive. They threw a great halloween party, and their setup is nice with lasers and a smoke machine. Their risk definitely needs work, but they have been getting better. I really appreciated how they were one of the only houses with a women’s bathroom ❤️

shout out to zete for hosting a really great social this past week. so much fun with kappa, DG, aphi girls and so many zeta guys. Good music, good beverages, and good atmosphere. they also did a decent job cleaning up the bathrooms. always enjoy hanging out at zete. hoping for a couple more game day parties this semester. good times
