Should not be in the #1 spot in this rating system, they are a middle/lower-mid house!!! The girls are pretty/cute and classy but they are NOT hot like Kappa and other top sororities. Personality wise, they could be top though. Lots of unique girls.

the girls in theta might not be the prettiest, but they are certainly the nicest, even more so than ADPi girls i think.
