Theta is a bottom house, but its because they're too nice to be more selective. They have potential, but they are always going to be a mixed bag because they go by personality and classiness NOT looks.

I like the XO girls personally. They aren't as wild as girls in some of the other houses but they aren't boring. They're definitely not rude or mean!

They are the best sorority. But I agree, all "5"s is an exaggeration. Kappa is a great house, and classy for a top house, but still, no house is perfect.

Most conservative of the top three, and as a result some consider them boring. However, they do enjoy a good reputation and are known for better personalities than Pi Phi and Kappa.

Known for hot girls, and a lack of personality. Some of the hate is due to jealousy, I agree, but I also think the recent pledge classes have been disappointing and the rude attitudes don't help

They're considered the average sorority. Depending on who you talk to, you have some really sweet girls and some not so nice. Overall, a decent sorority though!

Try Delta is kinda their MO. Known for have easy girls (given you cant generalize, there are 100+ girls.) As a result, their classiness is really low. They're pretty involved, having just Won Derby days, though I also hear their dues are higher so they can subsidize those types of wins. Still, they're really involved, which is good. In terms of looks, they've fallen and Gamma Phi's risen. I'd MAYBE tie them with Theta, but Theta's girls are a lot classier (though less involved). So Classiness vs Involvement really. Also DDD isnt on the row.

Classy and good looking yes. They have a clean rep, but they're not involved enough to be popular, or social. They dont participate in Greek Week or Derby Days or other Philanthropies. They're house is far up the hill: they need to come down....
