True: Learn from GPB, they didnt get the hottest girls Fall 10, so they got more involved, and they SHOT up after Fall 11. Involvement and self-promotion in a positive way goes a LONG way! Theta does have a strong nationals though!

Yeah nothing special. Popular because DG is nationally strong, and they have a lot of white girls. However, they're not as fun as the top houses, and don't have the same shine.

moving up the ranks. Will be lower mid by next year if fall works out. As of now tied with, or maybe slightly above tri-delta (because GPB has a better house and better location)
