ChiO is still a pretty popular house, but that is mainly due to lots of people still having ChiOs old (and soewhat outdated reputation) in mind. I don't think they have gotten less white (as if that matters) but they have had disappointing, not that great looking recent pledge classes and their attitude has gotten worse too (many are really snobby, whereas tmost used to be sweethearts....)

Girls who I rushed with last fall that ended up in Kappa were really sweet and not stuck up at all, unlike the girls I met who joined PiPhi. That's what separated the houses and really caused piPhi to take a plunge in the ratings.

Let's not get carried away. Kappa is definitely #1, but they're not that perfect. There are some snobby bratty girls, and they could be more involved. HOWEVER, on average, Kappa is best looking, and has a far better attitude than Pi Phi. Naturally there are some exceptions.

Often compared to AOPi because the both have the cute and sweet girls who people sometimes forget about because their houses aren't on the row and the don't make up for this lack of visibility by being involved in the Greek community more and wearing letters. Since AOPi has become a bit more visible, AXO has turned into the most forgettable house.
