Most are nice, but considered bottom because they're not selective in looks. Another comment says they're less pretty than the average Berkeley girl.. sad but true.

I think people are just rating 1s because they're jealous no one talks badly of Chi O. Top houses get called snobby, bottom ones unattractive. So there.
