Changed a lot. Girls used to be the cutest and sweetest, which earned them the title of the "sunshine house." Now they got a bunch of snobby girls and a bunch of average and below average looking ones.

but then is it really fair to judge a sorority's worth based on "fraternity guys." According to the frat scene DDD girls are easy. Other sororities/PNMs would have no way of knowing that rep is attached to DDD

This website is the only place I have ever seen so much hate for theta. In reality, they are pretty well liked because they are genuinely nice girls, who actually place value on sisterhood instead of partying. They dont party with a lot of frats but many of the girls are really good friends with frats. They are not the prettiest or the most popular, but they have heart. I love thetas and I'm so lucky that I have friends who are in this house. Hope other houses will start to focus on manners and kindness like these girls

I've heard horror stories about their rudeness during rush and how they talked about inappropriate things, like partying, hooking up, etc. to PNMs. Not very classy.

I got to go to their exchange and it was really fun!! The sisters, at least the ones I met, are really nice. Lots of pretty girls too. Sk will probably be my top choice when I rush in the fall!!

Disregarding all the rumors this house is honestly still low middle tier.. maybe middle on a good day.. They are just average in looks and personality but they also have a bad reputation and aren't respected in the Greek community. Guys think they are easy and girls think they are fake and try too hard.

They're Tied with GPB in terms of looks. GPB and DDD have some really hot girls, and some not so cute girls. The only "tie-breaker" is that GPB has a house on the row, even though DDD has a nicer outside area. Though they're both equally involved (DDD did win derby days, but only after spending all their dues on it, so I dont know how much to count that)
