They've gotten so much better, almost top of the middle now. Yes they're very friendly and pretty, but they'll never be ALL 5s because their house is too far and that hurts the popularity factor. Maybe once the stadium opens up and the Greek houses on Prospect get more visibility. It would really help them if there were more PHC sororities on their street though, because even though there are many fraternities, they aren't really big name frats.
