I hear Pi Phi is having a retention problem too. Most of the girls who join Pi Phi arent looking for sisterhood: Lets be real. (There was a girl in my house, one of the "lower-mid ones", who get invited back to Pi Phi, but chose our house just based on the fact that she wanted sisterhood. Girls join Pi Phi for the reputation/connections to top frats. Once they get in, they stay for 2-2.5 years (cause they come in as freshman), and then bounce because there nothing else Pi Phi can offer them, and the dues are outrageous...
