Even tho they have probably the worst on campus local theyre a great frat. They have parties all the time at their off campus place 10U and its rumored they could be moving up campus in the future. Very fun to mix with and have a large brotherhood. Not even comparable to the other 2 down campus frats

They throw parties almost every weekend at their off campus house. They are pretty fun and the location is solid. They are the only good down-campus frat.

Chi Psi consistently decent, Sig Chi creepy but lax saves them, TDX dying. Sig Phi is taking 3rd from TDX. 10U always lit on weekends and their mixers are fun. Big pc this year. Haven't had a creepy experience yet.

Irreverent. Don’t join unless you want to be in an irrelevant frat that throws maybe 1 good party a year. The guys are average looking at best. They can’t compete with sig chi or chi psi or tdx now that they’re getting Edwards house back .
