Put middle tier, but they're on the up. Need a good rush this Fall to compete with 3 other prominent frats (sigchi,chipsi,tdx). 10U is as important to them as 821 is to sig chi. Don't hold on campus mixers except for the bigger events thanks

Some nice guys, struggle because they're attached to Davi but 10U is sometimes fun. Not as fun as 821 or some chi psi houses though. They don't really have like a "sports team" to feed into them like lax is sig chi and baseball is chi psi so that hurts too I guess

Honestly I had so much at 10U tonight. I remember fall term this creepy guy talking there to me, asking me to go "upstairs" with him. Today I had a blast. Brothers entertaining all the people on the dance floor. There were two guys who were dancing and goofing around all the time. the DJ was alright, loved when they played juju on the beat </333. Just be careful who you let in. I get that brothers are friends with some other guys, but this freshman guy i know is pretty violent when it comes to girl and it felt a bit awk when he was there. They have never historically been considered a top house, but I think this year they've earned it. Their on campus house is awful for parties, but they stay relevant with great 10u parties. Great sophomore class it seems.

STOP PUTTING BAD STUFF ABOUT EACH OTHER. Why can't the frats play nice. I'm balancing that bs rating below because that is just not true. Some people hate seeing Sig Phi doing well recently, if you're jealous, step it up in your own frat!!

Sig Phi is like the nicest/safest place to party at. 10U is THE spot, no creepy guys most of the time, there is always a bunch of girls too so me and my girl friends feel safe there. The music is cool too
