okay ish frat with tons of freshmen at its parties

As of now the best frat on campus. Have very attractive brothers and knows how to have fun. Its involvement is average. I wish 821 wasn't as packed on the weekends. It would be easier if the parties were thrown at your on campus house. Honestly, toooooooooo many freshmen.

they dress classy but their parties and brothers are creepy. lots of fights. chi psi and tdx parties are more fun. sunday fundays are fun at 821 though and are less creepy

Mostly lax boys and they seem to like each other for the most part even for being so large. Great parties at 821.
