Honestly i think that the deltas are so hot, so fun, and of all the three sororities on campus, they are the most involved in athletics and engaged in their schoolwork. it's cool having a funny hot chick on the weekends who also cares about her grades and extracurriculars.

Although I am not really surprised at all about the lack of reviews, I am surprised that there hasn't really been a negative one yet. This fraternity isn't located on campus, they're not that involved in any on-campus events, and they are all pretty odd. I'm sure they are a nice group of guys, but they are not a true frat. Instead, they are a club for kids who seek an alternative to typical Greek life. Real frats include: Frat Row frats, AD, Sig Phi, AEPI/DKE (although bottom tier).

I know a lot of these guys. Super chill, know how to have a great time and they actually care about those that go into their house and take care of each other. Keep it up

They got their house taken away. Sucks but that kind of happens when rituals are performed in the middle of the academic complex because the pledges don't know better

Now that TDX is off campus they will become even creepier than they already are. They will most likely throw down alot at their off campus place Carriage House to try and stay relevant. I doubt they will get many if any pledges this fall, i don't know why anyone would want to join them at this point since they're not getting their house back. The future of TDX is going the way of Psi U... still a good house for a year or two but will eventually die out
