So where do guys and girls live after freshman year...where are parties??

Some will go to the upper class dorms, some will go to the on campus apartments, and more will go to off campus houses/apartments.

frat parties are typically held at satellite houses, but the real parties happen at bars/clubs throughout the city.

Alpha Sig, Lambda Chi, Pikapp, Aepi, SAE, ZBT, and Sig Chi all have houses.
