Good ranking with pike falling but no way is phi delt below beta and aepi after seeing one of their parties this week and pledge class. Also not sure how pikapp is on par with zbt when they've clearly been the better fraternity for a year.

Zbt is way better then Beta
SAE took alot of kids from sigep. Honestly sigep didn't do well. Pikapp also lead the middle tier.

Phi delt is definitely not rising. Phi delt gave out bids to basically everyone because of money issues, and a lot of those kids chose kappa sig instead.

ZBT is not on the same level as Pikapp and AEPi does not belong above Phidelt and Kappasig. SigEp is doing well but hasn't jumped over SAE (not having a house is a huge factor here).
