Hi! I was just accepted to umiami as a transfer and was wondering if a normal, outgoing sophomore transfer would have a chance at getting a bid? (sorority) Also is there an informal fall rush for sophomores? I'm really interested in greek life and would like to get involved as soon as possible :) Thank you!

I rushed as a sophomore and had no problems - i didn't feel that I was automatically counted out because of my age by any of the sororities. the only sororities that do informal fall recruitment are chi o and kappa, so you may want to wait until formal rush in the spring just so you have more options
