unbiased frat/sorority rankings as of rush 2015

Full disclosure, I did join a sorority last year, but I consider these rankings to be unbiased and largely the consensus opinion.

Frats:
Top Tier: SigChi, SAE
Upper Middle: SigEp (rising quickly, could reach top tier this PC), Pi Kapp
Middle Tier: Beta, Sammy , ZBT (falling)
Lower Middle: AEPi (rising quickly, could pass ZBT this PC), Phi Delt
Bottom Tier: Kappa Sig
Barely Even A Fraternity: Alpha Sig (Included simply out of obligation, has anyone actually ever met an Alpha Sig? Irrelevant is putting it kindly for these guys.)

Sororities:
Top Tier: DPhiE, DG
Upper Middle: SDT, Zeta
Middle Tier: ADPi (improving, could challenge Zeta relatively soon)
Lower Middle: TriDelt
Bottom Tier: ChiO (slowly improving, maybe lower middle in a few years), Kappa
