What are the most genuine sororities?

Which sororities are the most genuine with the least amount of drama? I want to join one in college but I heard from friends at other colleges that they didn’t enjoy it because they said it was cliquey, image-focused, and a lot of girls talked badly of each other behind their backs. I want to find a sisterhood and have a sense of community but don’t want to be in one if it’s purely catty.
