Pi phi and chio for sure, and DG. Not sure if anyone else, or who. If you wanna cob rush, it’s worth it to meet all of them since it’s such a casual process. Each chapter should be able to give you their own information on deadlines and process cuz it may be a little different, but it’s much less formal than regular rush so I’d say just go for it. Some chapters post on Instagram, but it might be worth emailing panhell too to get more info
