end of sem frat ranks (w/explanations!!!!)

top 4 (could put in any order tbh, who knows anymore)
sae - probably "top frat" since ep left, really fun parties and love the merch but the newer pc's are kind of eh
sig chi - love the older guys! chimas was fun but full of freshmen, chi is falling off a little but still good
pike - the new pc's are so fun and they have amazing venues and tailgates but the RPs need work and older guys are kinda weird. could honestly see them being near top in another sem or year
pikapp - getting better every sem, not that fun a couple years ago but love them now. no house tho :(

upper mid
theta chi - amazing houses and older guys but i dont love the new pc's. parties are good but they wont be fun when the seniors and juniors graduate
beta - always fine, parties are okay and the guys are really nice
zbt - spends a lot of money to get deeph and sdt (lol) but they actually have really good parties

lower mid
aepi - big house but parties arent really fun, guys are nice but not that fun to party with
phi delt - not as bad as some people think but

lower (idk i've never been)
lambda - love the green house
tke - had a good party last year maybe?
asig - couldn't tell you if it's fun or not
