beta Aepi phi delt all compete for tri delt, beta just did an event with them last week and barely gets adpi and their adpi wedding changed nothing. beta and phi delt have always been competitors in the frat world. Aepi having a house means nothing in this ranking, Aepi and Zbt have been more realistic competitors bc ZBT just has money and same quality of brothers with Aepi.
