Current frat rankings with explanations

Sae(non arguable top, great pc)
Pikapp/pike(currently competing, both have good pcs, good parties, pi kapp pc might be a little better, overall both good)
Sig chi (good parties, was around this rank last semester, good frat, might be slightly falling off from recent parties)
Phi delt/beta(competing, both have good parties, both have good pcs, not much more to say)
Aepi (essentially middle, not much more to say on them or new pc)
Zbt (buys out top sororities doesn’t make them best tho, however they do have a nice house, not much on their pc either)
Tke(chill people, not as big of a presence)
Asig/Lambda (both bottom)
