good ranking yet switch 5 and 7. Why is aepi there, I agree some of their parties were good but overall the guys just act so weird around girls.

ZBT is new and doesn’t know what they’re doing yet (lack of traditions/known parties). Phi delt is just lower. Beta and AEPI throw better parties more often and have been around with good brotherhoods.
