They probably won’t abs if they did they would take sisters friends. Even though they didn’t meet quota they usually beat it, so their chapter is still bigger than the average as far as I know. Only sororities that are close or below the avg amount of girls can COB. I would still recommend looking into Cob though, maybe not if being top is what you care about cuz that ship has sailed, but you may have met the wrong people during rush and have better luck this time around

Idk if Deeph is doing cob now but they have had one or two open cob spots open in the past. If you are interested, it’s important to become friends with as many girls in the house as possible. Since it’s so competitive, they only consider girls who are good friends of actives
