No wonder chi o didn’t meet quota

Pi phi may not be as open about it but I’d be shocked if they aren’t doing Cob, even with a full PC they are smaller than most of the others. I’m in a different chapter but have friends in both and a lot that were recruitment counselors and aI can tell you the chi os are annoyed, the girls they got are great and wanted to be there. but they just had two huge PCs and they fumbled it, let a bunch of older girls that should have been recruiting miss recruitment, and had some of the quieter girls on the floor. Maybe trying to be nice and let people vacation w their families but they’re hurting for it. I wouldn’t say easily the bottom though, this pledge class yes for sheer size even though the girls themselves are around the same level as the others in that tier. Pi phi begged panhell not to have them do snap bids last year and had a ton of drops, tri delt COBd in the fall and I’ve even seen ADPI do it, everyone has ups and downs but no chapter here is bad.
